Fiat Deposit Process

    Deposit - User requests a deposit via the NEXXA app to the OPS system.

    Transfer In - Fiat funds move from the User Bank to the Ops Bank.

    Bank Deposit - A preliminary bank deposit is made if the user's VND ledger balance is insufficient.

    Buy VNDX - The user initiates a VNDX purchase request from their NEXXA mobile app.

    VNDX Onchain Transfer-In - External VNDX is transferred on-chain into the system's VNDX Ledger.

    DeFi Onchain Swap - As a fallback, an on-chain DeFi service swaps the user's SGDX for VNDX.

    Pay VNDX/USDC - The customer initiates a stablecoin payment to the central NEXXA system.

    VNDX Ledger - For VNDX payments, funds transfer directly from User VNDX to Merchant VNDX.

    USDC Ledger - For other stablecoins, funds move from User USDC to Ops USDC on the ledger.

    Ledger Swap USDC to VNDX - The system automatically swaps the Ops USDC into VNDX internally.

    On-Chain Swap USDC to VNDX - Alternatively, an on-chain process is used to convert the USDC to VNDX.

    SGDX Onchain - External SGDX funds are transferred on-chain to the operational wallet.

    Process Trade - The partnered Decentralized Exchange (DEX) executes the requested trade.

12. Issuer

The Issuer architecture enables seamless token issuance by connecting Nexxa's internal ledgers with tokenization platforms. It allows users to create and manage digital assets while ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations and providing robust security features.

Issuer Mint Process

    Buy VNDX - The user initiates a VNDX purchase request to the central NEXXA Issuer.

  • 2

    Compliance - The transaction undergoes standard compliance and security verifications.

  • 3

    Transfer In - Fiat funds are transferred from the User Bank to the Issuer Bank.

  • 4

    Mint - New VNDX is minted on-chain and deposited into the User VNDX wallet.

  • 5

    Received VNDX - The user is credited and receives their newly minted VNDX.

Issuer Burn Process

  • 1

    Redeem VNDX - The user initiates a VNDX redemption request to the central NEXXA Issuer.

  • 2

    Compliance - The redemption request undergoes the necessary compliance checks.

  • 3

    Burn - The corresponding amount of User VNDX is sent on-chain to be permanently burned.

  • 4

    Transfer In - Fiat funds are transferred from the Issuer Bank back to the User Bank.

    Receive VND - The user successfully receives the fiat VND into their bank account.

13. Remittance

The Remittance architecture facilitates cross-border money transfers by connecting Nexxa's internal ledgers with global remittance networks. It ensures a frictionless, compliant experience while maintaining strict adherence to KYC/AML regulations and providing real-time tracking of remittance transactions.

Process Steps

  • 1

    The US Sender initiates a fiat transfer from their local bank to VCBM.

  • 2

    VCBM transfers the funds as USDC into the central NEXXA Platform.

  • 2a

    An authorized Issuer can also directly supply USDC to the NEXXA Platform.

  • 3

    The NEXXA Platform routes the USDC to VCBR for compliance or processing.

  • 4

    VCBR routes the approved USDC back to the central NEXXA Platform.

  • 5

    The NEXXA Platform transfers the USDC to a local MSB for conversion into VNDX.

  • 6a

    The Vietnam Receiver can receive the digital funds directly via their NEXXA app.

  • 6b

    Alternatively, the Receiver can get a direct fiat deposit into their local bank.
